Project Details
Development application under Section 4.55 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 to modify existing operations at the Artarmon Concrete Batching Plant. A designated development application under Section 4.10 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 to construct a new concrete batching plant at South Nowra and Botany NSW. Also, three separate Development Applications for various alterations and additions at Boral’s Thornleigh and Blacktown concrete batching plants, and Maldon road base blending plant.
Element Engagement
Element’s engagement included:
- Project management of the development application process and technical studies
- Preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects
- Preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement
- Stakeholder consultation
Project Achievements
Element helped identify the most appropriate planning approval pathway for each development and efficiently navigate the complexities of these pathways through both local and State government authorities to achieve timely development consents.
